WORK HARD / PLAY HARDER We are currently looking for a customer service and sales focused Individual to fill the new and unique position of SEASONS PASS COORDINATOR The successful candidate will: - Liaise with the Marketing and Guest Service departments to ensure the efficiency of the Seasons Pass process
- Monitor the progress of the Seasons Pass campaign
- Maintain and update information on product availability, product changes, and valid dates
- Work full-time from September to May (off June, July & August)
- Receive health and dental benefit coverage year round
- Have access to resort and Intrawest perks and privileges Qualified candidates will have: - College diploma or University degree or equivalent work experience Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven ability to deal with and resolve guest complaints and problems
- The ability to remain calm in a fast paced environment
